I am Caroline Delizo, a native speaker of Filipino, Tagalog and Ilocano, languages of the Philippines, and have been a language instructor for adult foreigners for these languages since 1983. I have ventured into another level of professional career in Linguistics and started off as a freelance translator and transcriber of Tagalog and Ilocano in 1997.

Presently, I offer translation and linguistic services as a freelance translator and linguist to various companies and agencies. My translations have always been done with an in-depth awareness of the nuances and socio-linguistic features of both the source and target languages, resulting in translations that are not only grammatically accurate but contextually and culturally appropriate as well.
